WIC is a supplemental nutrition program that provides nutrition education, breastfeeding education and support, and a food package that follows the dietary guidelines. We can also provide screening referrals to other programs in the community for you and your family.
Using the Program
Make sure you have your eWic Card to your appointments and to the store. Take your WIC Approved Food List with you to the store to help you shop. These foods must be used for you and your family. They can’t be returned to the store for money or given away or sold to someone else.

Call your WIC local agency starting tomorrow, September 30th to make an appointment to get the increase.

The new amounts will be $25 per month for child participants, $44 per month for pregnant and postpartum participants and $49 per month for breastfeeding participants.
